The Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program prepares low-income, first-generation college students and students from underrepresented groups to pursue graduate study that culminates in PhD degrees. Each year, the UO supports approximately twenty-eight qualifying undergraduate McNair Scholars who show potential and commitment to complete doctoral-level work. From 2005 to 2017 McNair Scholars' work was published in print in the McNair Research Journal. Thanks to University of Oregon Libraries Digital Library Services team this run of print journals was digitized and is now available online.
